$39.00

This book contains a wealth of nutrition information to support you on your pregnancy journey, with practical guides for every stage of pregnancy with easy and delicious recipes. The book is designed to answer all your food and nutrition questions from the preconception period, throughout each trimester, and after your baby is born.  The book is beautifully crafted and contains over 60 recipes with full colour photographs.

Written by two expert dietitians (and mums) with over 30 years of experience, they are skilled in making evidence-based information practical and easy to follow. Research continues to show that optimal nutrition during pregnancy is important for both mother and baby.  Not only is it important during the pregnancy but has benefits to their future health.

However, it’s not always easy to eat well if you have morning sickness, fatigue and are just trying to work out what foods are safe. After the baby is born it can feel impossible to find the time to eat well. How do they know this? They’ve both been there. That’s why the book also has practical solutions and food ideas for managing common pregnancy symptoms or juggling looking after yourself and a newborn.  Their philosophy is to focus on what you can eat.  Now is the time to nourish you and your baby, let ‘Growing Baby Bean - A Complete Guide to Pregnancy Nutrition’ show you how.
